Systems integration

HighQ integrates electrical, avionics, and software systems into one working platform, turning individually functioning components into a vehicle ready to fly.

A vehicle is only as reliable as the connections between its subsystems. HighQ integrates electrical, avionics, and software systems into a single working platform, handling everything from vehicle electrical definition through HIL integration and hardware bring-up. Our integration work has taken avionics hardware and software from bench setup through wing assembly in a customer hangar to first flight, on more than one vehicle program.

Engineering scope

Black-and-white engineering test-stand illustration with connected equipment and cable routing

Hardware and software integration across avionics, electrical power, and flight software subsystems

HIL integration and automation to validate subsystem interaction before flight

Vehicle electrical definition and build support through final assembly

Cross-disciplinary troubleshooting when integration surfaces conflicts between hardware, software, and electrical design

Support from bench-level integration through wing/vehicle assembly and first power-on

Track record supporting first flight on multiple vehicle programs
